Skin Resurfacing
The Emerge™ Fractional Laser is a laser system that delivers precise pulses of laser light energy that is absorbed by a chromophore (target) in the skin. Laser skin treatments are performed on acne scars, fine lines, stretch marks and pigmented lesions, such as lentigos and solar lentigos. The sensation of laser light is sometimes slightly uncomfortable. The treated area may be swollen immediately after treatment and generally resolves within 24-48 hours, but may last up to three to five days or longer in some clients.
Using the right products after a treatment may help reduce discomfort and swelling.
A prior consultation is booked during which the doctor will explain further the treatment, procedure, indications, expected results and possible side effects.

Sun, tanning bed, or tanning lamp exposure, the use of self-tanning creams, and not adhering to the post-treatment instructions provided may increase complications.

Avoid indoor and outdoor tanning, and sunless tanning lotions

Post-treatment products will help in the healing process.

Use sunblock with a minimum SPF of 50 for up to six months following treatment whenever outside.
